2024 Chardonnay Village

To achieve a light, fresh and vibrant Chardonnay for the Village tier, the grapes were picked … Fermentation took place in a stainless-steel tank to retain the vibrancy of the fruit. Having undergone malolactic fermentation and being aged sur-lie in tank with periodic stirring gives this wine a soft mouthfeel to compliment the bright acidity.

Lively notes of orchard fruits, green apple, and lemon zest with butterscotch on the nose.  Perfect for easy afternoons, sunny patios, and shared moments.  Delicate and balanced provides freshness and crispness that will pair well with pastas, cream based dishes and seafood.
