2024 Chardonnay Village

To craft a light, fresh, and vibrant Chardonnay for the Village tier, the grapes were picked early to preserve natural acidity. Fermentation took place in stainless steel to highlight the wine’s crisp fruit character. Full malolactic fermentation and aging sur lie in tank, with periodic stirring, lend a soft, rounded mouthfeel that balances the bright acidity.

Lively notes of orchard fruits, green apple, and lemon zest with butterscotch on the nose.  Perfect for easy afternoons, sunny patios, and shared moments.  Delicate and balanced provides freshness and crispness that will pair well with pastas, cream based dishes and seafood.
