2024 Rosé Village

Floral on the nose with lush notes of strawberry and raspberry on the front end with fresh citrus and white pepper to round out the finish.  This wine will pair well with spicy dishes, barbeque foods, as well as sunshine and patios.

To keep the colour delicate, Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes were whole-cluster pressed before being co-fermented in stainless steel. After fermentation, the wine was racked off the lees and aged in stainless steel to preserve its fresh, vibrant character. A small portion of our sparkling base was then blended in to elevate the acidity—adding just a touch of Chardonnay (2%) to the final blend.
