2023 Black Sage Rd Blanc

Fragrant with warm white florals, white peach, candied pear, and lychee on the nose. The palate is loaded with jasmine, apricot and ginger. A lovely aromatic sipper that would be a perfect match for aromatic dishes like butter chicken or Thai green curry.

The fruit was hand-picked and carefully sorted before a portion of the fruit was destemmed and basket pressed, while the remaining was pressed whole cluster. Fermented in a combination of stainless steel (64%) and in neutral French oak (36%) using carefully selected strains of yeast. The wine was aged for 6 months on lees while undergoing natural malolactic fermentation.

70% GW, 25% PB, 5% PG, 36% brl ferment
