Begins with aromas of green apple, lemon rind golden plums and clove. On the palate, there are flavours of apricot pith, sage and baked golden russet apples. Delicate and balanced use of oak delivers salinity and freshness to the lingering finish, with just a hint of vanilla and spice.

This rich Chardonnay shows golden apple, lemon oil and white flowers on the nose. The palate is creamy and framed by delicate oak spices, toast and ripe pear. The finish is supported by balancing, bright acidity. Showing incredible poise at this stage and will continue to develop.

Intense and tangy with floral notes, strawberry, kiwi and watermelon on the nose. Palate reveals underlying spicy rhubarb, savoury herbs and a chalky texture. Dynamic, versatile and mouth watering, all while retaining it‘s soft and delicate nature.

The nose reveals white pepper, raspberries, earthy notes and just a touch of sweet tobacco leaves. It’s smooth and textured on the palate with rich and savoury tart cherry, red plums, crunchy pomegranate and plenty of zip on the finish. 

This Gamay emanates aromas and flavours of black currant, raisins and black cherries. On the back palate you can find flavours reminiscent of dried fruit leathers and bacon fat. Light-medium in body with slightly pronounced tannins and bright acidity, this wine can be aged up to 5 years.
